MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Grow with us — on and off the beach. We support members at every stage with training, mentoring and programs that build skills, confidence and connection.
Ages 5–13 (Nippers): Water safety, surf skills, teamwork and confidence. Fun sessions, age awards and optional carnivals. Parent pathway available.
Ages 13–15 (Youth): SRC, Age Manager Assistant and entry officiating roles. Focus on patrol readiness and teamwork.
Ages 15–17 (Youth Leaders): Youth Excellence Program, Bronze Medallion, IRB Crew, First Aid and Radio. Active patrolling and leadership development.
Ages 18–25 (Young Adults): Leadership Excellence Program. Pathways into patrol leadership, training and club roles.
25+ (Adults): Advanced awards, mentoring, officiating and governance opportunities.

SRC/BRONZE CAMP
The SRC/Bronze camp is held in the first week (Mon - Fri) of the September School holidays here at Kawana Waters SLSC. Day activities only.
Participants must have Nipper experience to be eligible. Parents help is required as run by volunteers.
